What is the maximum file size? +
On the free tier, up to 100 MB per file. With NoLimit, up to 1 GB per file — and 250 MB for video, which is far heavier on the servers.
Why is the free tier limited to 1 video per day? +
Video conversion is by far the heaviest task for our servers. Limiting the free tier to one video a day keeps the service fast for everyone. NoLimit removes that restriction entirely.
Is there a subscription to cancel? +
No. NoLimit is a one-off payment of €2 for 31 days: no renewal, no recurring charge, no account to cancel. After 31 days, access simply reverts to the free tier.
Is access tied to my browser? +
Yes. After payment an anonymous token is stored in your browser — no account is created. If you clear your browser data or switch device, access is lost; keep your Stripe receipt and get in touch if that happens.
Are my files safe with NoLimit? +
Yes. NoLimit changes nothing about the processing: your files are converted on our secure servers in France, never shared with third parties, and deleted immediately after the conversion.
